Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify materials according to established documentation specifications.
  • Receive, transport, and store warehouse-separated materials in designated areas.
  • Palletize products during production processes and ensure timely shipment.
  • Comply with procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Fully document all process steps and record keeping.
  • Operate various equipment, including weighing, handling, precision, blistering, packaging, preparation, and filling machinery.
  • Set up and operate labeling, storage, and crimping equipment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the reverse osmosis system.
  • Implement process improvements and production flow enhancements through suggestions and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Clean and sanitize parts and utensils used in production processes.
  • Ensure rooms and areas are clean, sanitized, and fumigated according to procedure.
  • Conduct temperature, humidity, pressure differential records, and scale checks.
  • Collect and send samples to quality control for future reference room storage.
  • Support colleague development through guidance and training.
  • Accurately document information for line releases.
  • Monitor production schedules through spreadsheets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance production plan requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment operation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
