Job Description:

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary projects for product development, connecting key areas such as olfactive design, perfumers, applied research, commercial, and other business units. Your role involves transforming insights, market data, and consumer trends into strategies and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to strengthen the brand's presence in the region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and meet business objectives
  • Manage presentations and projects, translating creative ideas into memorable proposals aligned with the company's competencies
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You should have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields (MBA is a plus). Previous experience in the B2B market - ideally within the beauty industry - is also required.

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage different audiences
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
