About This Position

As a Commercial Associate Manager, you will lead and support Consumer Insights commercial prospection, ensuring high-quality responses and facilitating commercial development.

You will be responsible for new business development, providing seniority and helping build solid partnerships with clients by identifying their needs to propose the best solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Client Prospection and Interactions, making sound decisions and guiding direct reports to solve client business issues.
  • Anticipate potential process or deliverables issues and independently solve them or create an action plan to reduce client impacts.
  • Manage commercial pipeline performance and development, coaching other associates to develop their skills and commercial growth in the company.
  • Follow-up customized projects, promoting independence and ownership of project execution and delivery.
  • SUPPORT COMMERCIAL LEADERS AND CUSTOMER SUCCESS TO DESIGN THE BEST PROPOSALS AND SIGN THEM OFF.
  • Strong skills for presenting to a broader audience, including top management, and leading workshops.

  • Demonstrated Analytical/Consulting Proficiency
  • Experience in Market Analysis
  • Strong Commercial & Analytical Skills
  • Experience working with solutions to solve business issues
  • Ability to design solutions to answer client business issues
  • Advanced English Proficiency
