A highly skilled Mobility Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of immigration operations, ensuring seamless relocation experiences for employees.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or Law and have 3-5 years of experience in global immigration operations.
Mastery of key regions' immigration frameworks and regulations is essential, as well as fluency in English and proficiency in multiple languages.
This role requires the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Manage visa and immigration applications, tracking progress and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with vendors and government agencies to expedite processing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement compliance protocols, mitigating risks related to overstays, document expiry, and status violations.
- Provide exceptional employee experiences through guidance and support throughout the relocation process.
- Automate renewal reminders, document collection, and reporting dashboards to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or Law.
- 3-5 years of experience in global immigration operations (in-house or consultancy).
- Mastery of key regions' immigration frameworks and regulations.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in multiple languages.
