We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage global visa and immigration operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing exceptional employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume visa/work permit applications for assignees, business travelers, and local hires, including tracking progress and resolving issues.
- Partner with vendors/government agencies to expedite processing in priority regions.
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance protocols.
- Mitigate risks related to overstays, document expiry, or status violations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding visa and immigration inquiries.
- Develop FAQs, onboarding kits, and digital guides for common immigration scenarios.
- Automate renewal reminders, document collection, and reporting dashboards.
- Digitize workflows using mobility platforms, propose efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or Law.
- 5+ years in global immigration operations (in-house or consultancy).
- Mastery of key regions' immigration frameworks and regulations, understanding various visa type distinctions.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
