Job Title: Global Mobility Service Manager

1. Operational Execution & Compliance

  • Process Management: Develop and implement efficient end-to-end mobility lifecycle processes under guidance.
  • Governance Integration: Implement risk-based governance triggers into daily workflows, including automated expiry alerts.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Track regulatory changes and implement risk-mitigation protocols for home and host country visa immigration, tax, social security, and compensation benefits compliance.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly compliance dashboards for leadership review.

2. Change Management Support

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with HRBPs, Tax, legal, and Payroll teams to operationalize mobility policy updates.
  • Adoption Execution: Roll out communication plans (FAQs, training) for process changes and address employee resistance.
  • Feedback Implementation: Gather assignee input to refine support resources (onboarding kits, digital guides).

3. Digital & Data-Driven Operations

  • Tool Utilization: Leverage mobility platforms to automate processes, assignee interfaces, expense tracking, and document collection.
  • Process Analytics: Monitor assignment costs/compliance metrics to identify execution bottlenecks.
  • Dashboard Maintenance: Update real-time reports on case statuses and SLA adherence.

4. Employee Experience & Support

  • Primary Contact: Resolve complex mobility inquiries independently for assignees and business travelers.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage immigration lawyers/relocation services in priority regions.
  • Resource Development: Maintain self-service tools for common relocation scenarios.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years in global mobility operations with hands-on lifecycle process execution.
  3. Fluent in English, Mandarin preferred.
  4. GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or process automation credentials preferred.
  5. Proven ability to manage operational workflows with minimal supervision, support policy rollouts, address team resistance, execute communication plans.
