Mobility Operations Specialist
\This is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise in global immigration operations. The successful candidate will have experience managing high-volume visa/work permit applications, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory changes.
\The Mobility Operations Specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless employee experiences throughout the relocation process. This includes developing FAQs, onboarding kits, and digital guides for common immigration scenarios.
\In addition to these responsibilities, the Mobility Operations Specialist will be responsible for automating renewal reminders, document collection, and reporting dashboards. They will also digitize workflows using mobility platforms and propose efficiency improvements.
\Key requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or Law, as well as 5 years+ of experience in global immigration operations. Proficiency in English is required, with Mandarin preferred.
\- Manage high-volume visa/work permit applications, including tracking progress and resolving issues.
- Partner with vendors/government agencies to expedite processing in priority regions.
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance protocols.
- Mitigate risks related to overstays, document expiry, or status violations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding visa and immigration inquires.
