We are seeking a skilled Global Immigration Operations Specialist to manage high-volume visa and work permit applications, ensure compliance with regulatory changes, and mitigate risks related to overstays and document expiry.
- Manage high-volume visa/work permit applications (new, renewals, dependents)
- Partner with vendors/government agencies to expedite processing in priority regions
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance protocols
- Mitigate risks related to overstays, document expiry, or status violations
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in global immigration operations, experience with compliance protocols, and the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop clear FAQs, onboarding kits, and digital guides for common immigration scenarios.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or Law
- 3-5 years in global immigration operations (in-house or consultancy)
- Mastery of key regions' immigration frameworks and regulations
- Fluent in English, plus Mandarin preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment
