**Job Description:**

    As an Anti-fraud Investigation & Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for building, improving and monitoring business processes that detect and prevent fraudulent activities in various scenarios.

    This role involves driving high-quality Business Requirement Document (BRD) outputs and product compliance research to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met. You will also drive programs to mitigate and launch enforcement strategies targeting problems.

    Key responsibilities include managing and updating category risk assessments of each local market, triaging risk and benefits of opening high-risk categories and designing enforcement programs to ensure safety and monitor risks.

    Additionally, this role will be responsible for building the team, cultivating and providing guidance to team members and designing career development opportunities for them as the team grows.

    Other responsibilities may include performing other tasks as needed.
