Compliance Expert for Brazil and Latin America

This is a unique opportunity to serve as the primary Compliance professional supporting our business in Brazil and across Central and Latin America.

">

As the Brazil & Latin America Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical Compliance guidance for all countries across the region. You will serve on the country leadership team for Brazil and support teams across Latin America distributor and global expansion markets.

">

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive fact-based decision making and help establish standards to ensure the effectiveness of our Compliance program.

">

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations, applicable local codes, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws across South and Central America. They will also have extensive experience working for biotechnology/pharmaceutical companies on these issues.

We are seeking a self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills and ability to meet goals with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be able to exercise sound judgment in balancing risks in ambiguous and complex situations and escalating matters appropriately.

The key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and continuously improving global auditing and monitoring plans.">
  • Designing and implementing enhancements to anti-corruption and anti-bribery-focused auditing and monitoring.">
  • Supporting annual risk assessments.">
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge of current and emerging laws and regulations and recent enforcement actions.">
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive fact-based decision making.">
