About this Role:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Process Efficiency Manager to lead our team in ensuring operational compliance, safety, and efficiency by monitoring processes, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining quality standards in a distribution center environment.
- Monitor and evaluate operational procedures to identify areas for improvement;
- Lead teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with safety protocols;
- Maintain high-quality standards across all functions;
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions;
- Analyze inventory accuracy using ILA and Internal Breakdown indicators;
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- Participate in and lead projects to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field;
- Experience in managing distribution centers and inventory operations;
- Knowledge of SQL, 5S, lean manufacturing, PDCA, and stock movement principles is desirable;
- Availability to work in Guarulhos, São Paulo.
