Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor paralegal emails and direct correspondence.">
- Research property deeds and prepare files for attorney consultations.">
- Draft client emails, follow-up letters, Zoom recordings, and statutory forms.">
- Review and edit client drafts, templates, and signing instructions.">
- Collaborate with the drafting team to ensure efficient file handling.">
- Coordinate with the in-house notary on document status and mailings.">
- Prepare closing documents and manage client mailings.">
- Maintain fiduciary records and respond to client document requests.">
- Track requested edits and preferences for drafting and fiduciary language.">
- Research charity information and maintain relevant drafting files.">
- Contact clients for follow-ups, edits, or additional needs with warmth and professionalism.
Requirements
">- At least two to three years of experience in the legal field, preferably in estate planning.">
- Experience working as a paralegal.">
- Experience drafting estate planning documents using customized templates.">
- English fluency required with strong writing, grammar, and proofreading abilities.">
- Proficiency in estate planning software.">
- Effective time management in a remote setting.">
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.">
- Compassionate and patient, especially with the Special Needs community.">
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).">
