Job Overview:

The Manager of Latam Seller Communication & Education will lead the strategic development and execution of seller enablement initiatives across one of our fastest-growing regions.

This multifaceted role requires a leader who can design and implement comprehensive learning and communication strategies that drive seller success, while managing a high-performing team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive communication and education strategies to support the LATAM seller ecosystem
  • Leading a team of communication and education professionals
  • Creating and maintaining scalable programs that drive seller adoption of new features, policies, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience in professional non-internship marketing
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and oral
  • Preferable Spanish knowledge
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
