Event Coordinator Opportunities

  • About the Role:
  • This is an excellent chance to showcase your organizational skills and passion for event planning. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events, including logistics, vendors, and on-site execution.
  • You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to design event branding, pitch prospects or speakers, and create pre- and post-event content.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong academic record, at least 2 years of experience in startups or fast-paced environments, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • We are looking for someone who is flexible, can travel, and has proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring every event aligns with business goals and exceeds expectations.
  • Responsibilities Include:
  • Planning and executing in-person events with partners across the Americas.
  • Organizing monthly webinars for clients, leads, and partners.
  • Managing event logistics, including venue scouting, vendor negotiations, travel coordination, timelines, and budget tracking.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements:

  • Current marketing student or recent graduate with a strong academic record.
  • At least 2 years of experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility to travel and manage events outside of regular working hours.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
