Your mission is to drive execution and help us move faster and cleaner across all direct response marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:You will be the POINT execution "field athlete" who will be executing everything end to end for a 5-day challenge or live webinar, with paid META ads as the main traffic source.You should be able to: Write FB ad copy end to end Manage FB ad campaign Familiarity with Hyros for ad tracking (and can set up all codes end to end) Webinarjam software (how to execute the webinar) Write VSL scripts for Richard to read off of word for word Write Webinar scripts + build webinar slides end to end Create one time "offers" that are "irresistible " within the offer section of the webinar that have urgency and scarcity Be an execution machine: write headlines, VSL hooks, webinar copy, basic funnel flows, DM call-to-actions, etc.
Own campaign project management: break down initiatives into SOPs, assign ClickUp tasks, set deadlines, and keep all stakeholders on track.
Coordinate with creative team: Loom walkthroughs for designers/editors, review drafts, give copy guidance.
RequirementsIdeal Profile: Strong copy instincts and love for marketing psychology.
Obsessed with direct response (ads, VSLs, webinars, long-form funnels).
Organized, reliable, high personal standards.
Doesn't need handholding.
Comfortable using ClickUp, Loom, Google Docs, Notion.
Speaks English fluently.
