We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as an Instructor in Management of Major Emergencies.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in training, coaching, mentoring, and competence assessment of personnel in disciplines such as Cargo, Electrical, Process, Instrumentation, Safety, Mechanical, Rigging & Lifting, Mooring Master & MOME.

  • He/She must have full knowledge, understanding, and compliance of the Management System, fulfilling responsibilities including familiarization with all relevant documents related to discipline and HSSE.
  • Responsibilities include competency assessments and support CAS deployment on board, including developing and delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training, coaching, and mentoring for all staff levels, aligned with current and future business needs.
  • Deliver high-quality competence assessments on fleet FPSO units or as required, in accordance with national and international standards.
  • Identify and utilize best practices in developing training materials and delivery methods.
  • Apply national and industry standards to training products, leveraging technology where appropriate.
  • Maintain personal skills to meet role requirements.
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement in training development and delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Holding a recognized qualification in training and/or education.
  • Having at least 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a mix of operational, training, and supervisory roles.
  • Demonstrating effectiveness and initiative in training, coaching, development, and assessment of technical personnel.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum of B1 level per the CEFR standard.
