About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Analyst, Application Support to join our team at Averis. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to non-SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Liaise with service providers to define technical and architectural solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Manage the ticket queue for non-SAP systems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Participate in projects, providing innovative solutions to meet business needs and ensuring seamless integration between systems.
  • Create high-level technical specifications, aligning with business objectives and system architecture guidelines.
  • Review and approve final products before solution/technology go-live, ensuring alignment with global team standards.
  • Collaborate with the project development team to discuss and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in application support, with expertise in.Net technologies (C#, ASP.Net).
  • Experience in supporting SAP and non-SAP systems, with a strong understanding of system architecture and integration.
  • Desirable experience in supporting forestry systems, such as SGF (Sistema Gerenciamento de Floresta), and the pulp and paper segment.
  • Excellent English proficiency, with intermediate level or higher.
  • Experience in project lifecycle management, planning, and control, with knowledge of PMBOK and Agile Methodologies.
  • ITIL certification and experience with ServiceNow or Nexus are desirable.
  • Strong team worker with excellent organizational and time management skills.
