
Telco Account Manager

This role is a fantastic opportunity to lead the management of key relationships with major telco customers in Brazil.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to provide global business leadership and management for telco accounts in this region. As Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships, developing opportunities, and monitoring migration projects.
You will define executive relationships within the account, including engaging with AWS senior leadership team for executive sponsorships, coordinating executive business reviews, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Teaming with the customer's IT and Network Organization to build strategic relationships across the accounts.
- Articulating a clear vision and generating enthusiasm across all business groups.
- Selling at the most strategic level within the account and implementing a broad strategy for customer acceptance and service delivery.
- Collaborating with AWS resources (Executives, Solution Architects, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, Support, Service teams, and Professional Services) to support customer interests.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of technology-related sales, business development, or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and business leaders.
