  • Maintain and escalate responsible gaming concerns from internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with AML and Account Management teams to ensure proper customer due diligence.
  • Operate within a shift-based schedule to provide 24/7 coverage.
  • Assist with responsible gambling-related translations when required.

This role demands a proactive, customer-focused approach, ensuring effective implementation of responsible gaming measures while maintaining regulatory adherence within the iGaming sector.
