Job Opportunity:

A skilled Marketing Executive is required to drive profit and promote services through coordinated marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and execute the client communications calendar to support sales and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and coordinate advertising strategies aimed at reaching target markets and enhancing consumer awareness of products and services.
  • Implement A/B testing and surveys to optimise the campaign effectiveness, interpreting results to predict future consumer trends and preferences.
  • Manage subscriber databases across CRM. Monitor campaign performance and generate insights and reports to support business growth and development.
  • Continuously seek advancements in using Salesforce to improve customer conversion rates and collaborate with the Marketing Director to build new customer journey strategies.
  • Plan and manage organic social media content across all owned channels, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
  • Create engaging social media campaigns and analyse social media performance metrics to assess consumer behavior and trends.
  • Oversight website health, Identify and resolve any performance issues, while regularly reporting on website analytics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage seasonal advertising campaigns, working closely with external marketing agencies to ensure delivery within budget and time constraints.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in proven social media marketing, electronic direct mail marketing, and marketing campaigns.
