This is a challenging and rewarding leadership opportunity for a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical expertise and guidance in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality direct and indirect patient services, ensuring patient safety and protection.
- Oversee the performance of back office staff, including medical assistants, to ensure they are clinically competent and meeting expectations.
- Collaborate with Health Center Management to drive clinic productivity goals and maintain exceptional patient satisfaction.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, including Meaningful Use, HEDIS, UDS, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Graduation from an accredited RN program and current licensure in California.
- Minimum two years of experience in ambulatory care, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
