Job Summary
">We are seeking a Clinical Services Supervisor to lead our clinical team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in ambulatory care, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Provide direct supervision to back office staff and oversee their clinical competency and performance.">
- Assist with patient population management, prioritizing patient acuity and optimal clinical flow.">
- Collaborate with the Care Team to ensure appropriate services are arranged for patients.">
- Maintain and operate medical and laboratory equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory standards.">
- Perform clinic audits and maintain laboratory and medication management.">
Requirements:
">The successful candidate will possess:

- A current RN license issued by the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.">
- Minimum two years of recent experience in ambulatory care.">
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.">
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.">
- Knowledge of domestic violence, child and dependent abuse protocols, and cultural sensitivity.">
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office software.">
