Job Title

 

As a Channel Resell Director, you will drive the sales strategy for our channel partners in LATAM. This is an individual contributor position responsible for generating resell revenue and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the regional strategy.

 

  • Be responsible for resold revenue in LATAM
  • Forecast, report and deliver against quarterly revenue targets
  • Present and report LATAM Channel Resell at regional meetings
  • Utilize regional experience to enhance regional strategy
  • Work with cross functional teams - Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Product - to implement and execute strategy
  • Create LATAM partner annual plans that align to global Channel Resell goals including target setting by country, resource allocation, and coordination with other teams
  • Leverage existing relationships at partners to help your team to influence decision makers, increase mindshare, and accelerate engagement from partners
  • Forge strong internal relationships with key leaders and support organizations in a dynamic and growing environment to ensure the right people and connected at the right time
  • Represent our company with partners and present at partner events

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 12+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years in Channel Sales or equivalent quota-carrying role. Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
  • Travel as necessary, typically 25% or more depending on territory and region coverage

 

  • 10+ years leading partner teams
  • Specific experience in the SaaS and Cloud space
  • Demonstrable experience serving customers in Corporate and SMB
  • Versed in business throughout AP/J, with multi-vendor deal experience spanning the many countries and varying business models across the region
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams
  • Execution focused but able to think broadly in context of regional strategy
  • Excellent written and communication skills including public speaking
  • Hard working and willing to put in the extra effort to get it done
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Team player who can collaborate across the org with various departments
