Director of Digital Content for Emerging Markets

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the creation, execution, and delivery of high-quality content tailored to emerging markets. This involves developing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with business objectives, while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing content strategies that drive user engagement and conversions.
- Collaborating with market managers and SEO specialists to prioritize content based on market insights and business goals.
- Leading a team of content developers, providing training, guidance, and mentorship to ensure quality and consistency.
- Streamlining content production processes, ensuring smooth communication between departments and stakeholders.
- Monitoring performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry.
- Native English speaker with strong writing skills and ability to produce engaging content.
- Proven knowledge and experience in on-page SEO.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of what type of content drives conversions.
- Familiarity with content management systems and tools like WordPress, Ahrefs, and Clarity.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
