Job Title

A Cloud Support Specialist with expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud and technical skills to deliver efficient solutions.

About the Role

This position is for an individual who can work on functional modules, resolve quality issues, and lead regression testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support module development and troubleshooting within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions using Web Services, BIP, and ADFDi.
  • Assist in monthly accounting closures across multiple regions.
  • Lead regression testing in quarterly SaaS platform updates.
  • Meet compliance requirements and provide evidence as needed.
Technical Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud configurations and electronic document capture.
  • Experience with EDICOM or Syncro integration.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian tax configurations and local legislation.
  • Understanding of Oracle locations for Brazil and LACLS reports.
  • Programming skills in PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), FBDI, and ADFDi.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
