Seeking a seasoned expert to provide superior support for customers on Oracle Cloud. Key responsibilities include:

  • Support of Financial Modules: GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

  • Resolution of Incidents within Service Level Agreements (SLA) deadlines.

  • Adherence to SOX standards and ITIL best practices.

  • Utilization of expertise in BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, Web Services (SOAP/REST).

  • Effective communication in English and Portuguese.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud.

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.

  • Familiarity with localizations (LACLS) and Brazilian tax requirements.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Leadership experience with teams of 5-10 people.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
