Oracle Cloud ERP Specialist

This role is a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless support for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a deep understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud, particularly in the Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Tax modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional support, resolving quality issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs), collaborating with vendors and the internal risk management team, and ensuring compliance with established protocols.

  • Provide expert-level support for the Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Tax modules in Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Resolve quality issues promptly and efficiently, working closely with vendors and the IRM team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in monthly accounting closure processes across multiple regions, including LATAM, USA, and APAC.
  • Lead regression testing on quarterly platform SaaS updates to ensure seamless delivery and integration.
  • Maintain compliance with SOX requirements, providing evidence and documentation as necessary.
  • Leverage best practices in operation, utilizing ServiceNow, GitLab, and ITIL framework to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Oracle project teams and engineering to ensure efficient deliveries and integrations.
  • Influence positively on team culture, promoting high-quality standards and continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of functional configurations in Oracle Cloud for mentioned modules.
  • Experience with electronic fiscal document capture and integration with EDICOM or Syncro.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian tax settings and local legislation.
  • Knowledge of Oracle locations for Brazil and LACLS reports.
  • Experience with BIP, PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), FBDI, and ADFDi.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
