We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Oracle Cloud Support Specialist. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of functional configurations in the Oracle Cloud, particularly in Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Tax modules.

The ideal candidate will have experience with electronic fiscal document capture and integration with EDICOM or Syncro. They should also be familiar with Brazilian tax configurations and local legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing functional support for Oracle ERP Cloud modules
  • Resolving quality and timely calls (SLA) in partnership with suppliers and team members
  • Aiding in monthly accounting closure processes across multiple regions (LATAM, US, APAC)
  • Leading regression testing on quarterly SaaS platform updates
  • Maintaining compliance requirements (SOX), with adequate evidence and documentation
  • Leveraging best practices in ServiceNow, GitLab, and ITIL structure
  • Collaborating with Oracle project teams and engineering to ensure efficient deliveries and integrations

Requirements include:

  • Deep knowledge of functional configurations in the Oracle Cloud
  • Experience with BIP, PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), FBDI, and ADFDi
  • Clear communication, both written and verbal, in English
