Senior Oracle Cloud Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support for Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, specifically in the areas of procurement, payables, expenses, and tax. This includes troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Additionally, the Senior Oracle Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for conducting regular tests and maintenance on our SaaS platform, as well as collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services.
