Job Title: Oracle Cloud Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Oracle Cloud Support Engineer.

This role will involve working with the latest technologies and tools to deliver exceptional support services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP Cloud, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for Oracle ERP Cloud, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and compliance with SOX standards.
  • Support the monthly financial close process across multiple regions (LATAM, USA, APAC).
  • Perform regression testing on quarterly updates to the Oracle Cloud SaaS environment.
  • Maintain documentation and evidence for audits and compliance purposes.
  • Lead operations and drive continuous improvement in communication, processes, and support standards.
  • Participate in the development and dissemination of best practices aligned with ITIL and tools like ServiceNow and GitLab.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful implementations and integrations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Participation in at least 3 completed Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with Oracle localizations (LACLS) and Brazilian tax requirements.
  • Experience with tools such as BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Accounting knowledge to ensure adherence to norms and financial reporting practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to lead teams of 5-10 people.
  • Collaborative, proactive profile with analytical mindset and focus on results.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields.
