Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team.

  • A key member of our interdisciplinary team, working closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for our residents.
  • Developing, implementing, and updating individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Providing education and emotional support to residents and their families, promoting independence and enhancing their overall quality of life.
  • Supervising and mentoring nursing assistants and other support staff to ensure seamless care delivery and adherence to facility protocols.
  • Responding promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, demonstrating sound clinical judgment and crisis management skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and monitoring patient conditions, documenting changes in physical, mental, and emotional health.
  • Administering prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and addressing any concerns or questions from residents and their families.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate patient records, including progress notes, medication lists, and other relevant documentation.
  • Maintaining open communication with family members, keeping them informed about their loved one's condition and care plan.
