Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The Head of International Business Development will be responsible for leading our global business expansion efforts. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategies to drive revenue growth through international sales and partnerships, and managing a team of business development professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience within the GBS BPO sector
  • Proven track record of acquiring new business in the GBS BPO sector
  • Experience in leading business development teams
  • Risk assessment, mitigation, and team leadership & management
