Regional Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Regional Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts across priority markets. This role will involve planning, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, strong communication skills, and be fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Additionally, they should have experience working with sales teams and possess a detail-oriented and adaptable approach to fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead-generation event strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to align marketing efforts and optimize results.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Assist in ideation and execution of field marketing campaigns, including assessing market feasibility and suggesting different plans of action per market.
  • Coordinate hybrid-events (online & offline) that effectively engage target audiences.
  • Produce localized assets and materials for events, roadshows, and customer conferences that meet high-quality standards.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues to ensure seamless logistics and delivery.
  • Attend trade shows and events when possible to build connections and expand the company's network.
  • Manage social media activities before, during, and post-events and field marketing campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
  • Manage regional media relationships and ensure content amplification with various media partners to elevate the company's profile.
  • Design and build on-brand activations and booths for in-person events that effectively communicate the company's message.
  • Track expenses and activities in an organized fashion to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Report weekly/monthly on field marketing activities status to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Marketing experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Results-driven, highly organized, and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative, innovative, and outside-the-box thinking to drive business growth.
