We are focused on shaping regional marketing strategies for a global leader: collaborating with central marketing teams to adapt our strategy for LATAM, crafting localized plans that resonate with cultural nuances.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years B2B Marketing & Communications experience, with a proven track record of planning, execution, customer focus, and analysis.
- Proven experience in marketing planning and execution across multiple marketing channels, lead funnel management, virtual & in-person events, and internal/external communication.
- Fluent language skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- A collaborative mindset, thriving in a dynamic, matrixed organization with both remote and on-site work.
- Data-minded, able to analyze data and make smart decisions based on it.
- Organized, with project management skills to juggle multiple tasks and consistently hit goals.
