Job Description:

The International Subsidiary Banking Relationship Associate supports Relationship Managers in building client relationships by recommending products and services and preparing for client meetings. The role involves triaging sales opportunities, coordinating product fulfillment, and conducting due diligence on existing and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend client meetings with Relationship Managers as necessary
  • Prepare pre- and post-client documentation, financial information analysis, and product coordination that meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with product partners to identify and match customer needs with relevant expertise
  • Provide operational support to the team, anticipating workload and providing necessary materials
  • Maintain timely and accurate customer information in Group systems
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the team or business
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times


Requirements:

Professional Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position with international requirements
  • Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; knowledge of other languages (German, French, Spanish) is a strong preference
  • Ability to interact with business customers at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organization skills
  • Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation delivery
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong credit assessment skills, particularly for complex facilities with an international dimension
  • CPA-20 Certification
