This role will serve as a key member of the human resource solutions team, responsible for providing relevant and effective consulting services to the business.
- Coordinate complex processes and deliver human resource services, including conducting investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution, leave management, industrial and labor relations, and monitoring compliance programs.
- Act as an employee relations specialist within our Human Resources Solution team to provide guidance and support.
- Assist assigned locations and businesses with employee relations services as requested or as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations concerning employee and management inquiries and employee suggestions and complaints, with global leaders.
- Collaborate on global Labor Relations Projects.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to employees, ensuring they utilize available tools and resources effectively.
Requirements:
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Industrial Relations or Human Resources.
- Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under various levels of demand.
- Proven knowledge and experience in Labor Relations, with a focus on emotional intelligence.
