Job ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesLabor Relations and Advisory: Provide guidance on employee relations matters for management and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), ensuring consistent and legally sound approaches;
Investigations and Compliance: Lead investigations into employee-related incidents, documenting findings and conducting root cause analysis to ensure fair outcomes;
Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify labor-related risks and develop mitigation plans, analyzing collective bargaining trends, regulatory changes and employee sentiment;
Union and Collective Bargaining: Act as primary representative for union-related matters, managing collective bargaining agreements and representing the company in negotiations;
- Policy and Process Management: Develop and implement policies and guidelines to ensure mandatory labor law compliance;
Training and Development: Deliver training on best practices in employee relations to managers, promoting consistency across the organization;
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as key link between HRBPs, Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Compliance to align ER strategies with broader business goals.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Law, Business Administration);
Experience in employee relations matters, particularly in Brazil, with strong understanding of Brazilian labor law (CLT) for at least 5 years;
Conducting workplace investigations and providing guidance on complex issues;
Expertise in union negotiations and managing collective bargaining agreements;
Strong analytical skills with ability to perform risk assessments and legal compliance analysis;
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work effectively in collaborative cross-functional environment;
Fluency in English is a strong plus.
