Job Title

As a Labor Relations and Compliance Manager, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Your expertise in employee relations matters and labor law compliance will ensure that our organization adheres to the highest standards of fairness and integrity.

  • Labor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing guidance and strategic advice on complex issues.
  • Investigations and Compliance: Lead end-to-end investigations for employee-related incidents, conducting root cause analysis and tracking corrective actions.
  • Risk Management: Conduct annual risk mapping to identify and manage labor-related risks, analyzing collective bargaining trends and employee sentiment.
  • Union and Collective Bargaining: Act as the company's representative for union-related matters, managing collective bargaining agreements and representing the company in negotiations.
  • Policy and Process Management: Ensure mandatory labor law compliance by implementing policies and guidelines.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training for managers on best practices in employee relations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align ER strategies with broader business goals through collaboration with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in employee relations matters in Brazil, with a strong understanding of Brazilian labor law (CLT).
  • Experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing collective bargaining agreements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform risk assessments and legal compliance analyses.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
