Pharma Marine is a family-owned business that specializes in producing healthy and delicious omega-3 products.

We have approximately 80 employees and are located on the beautiful Terøy, Søvik.

Our growing expansion makes us fortunate to need more process operators on our team. As a process operator at Pharma Marine, you will work in a good work environment with opportunities for professional and personal development.

Our process operators work in various departments; from receiving raw materials, production, and processing of oils, to the finished goods department where we fill oils into bottles and packaging.

We provide thorough training, so what's most important is that you have a positive attitude towards teamwork, challenges, and responsibilities - and like an active workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, control, and monitor processes and equipment.
  • Document batches and processes, and take samples during the process.
  • General cleaning and maintenance of technical process equipment.
  • Focus on HMS and QA reporting is an essential part of the job.
  • We work in shift schedules.

For us, it's essential to have a good work environment and employees who thrive. Therefore, we have arrangements such as warm lunch three days a week from our skilled local chef Bjørn Holte, and good agreements at the fitness center at the multi-purpose hall in Søvik.
