We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Executive to drive our growth strategy in the Consumer Goods and Agribusiness sectors in Latin America.
">The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling strategic solutions, identifying key needs, and closing large consulting contracts with C-Level executives. They will be responsible for building trusted relationships, developing Go-To-Market strategies, and leveraging their expertise in operational risk management, operational excellence, supply chain optimization, digital transformation, and asset management.

- Client Relationship Management: Building credibility and trust with C-Level executives, acting as a trusted advisor.">
- Business Development: Identifying, prospecting, and leading new business opportunities in consumer goods and agribusiness sectors.">
- Engagement & Project Management: Working closely with consulting teams to structure project activities, objectives, deliverables, and required resources.">

- Industry Knowledge - Consumer Goods & Agribusiness: Experience in selling strategic solutions within the consumer goods and agribusiness sectors in Latin America.">
- Experience in Consultative Sales & Business Development: Proven track record in selling strategic and operational consulting services to C-Level executives.">
- Technical & Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and internal teams.">
