We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
About the Role
- You will own the development and execution of a demand generation strategy for key industry markets, driving pipeline and sales to agreed KPIs.
- You will develop the overall positioning, uniqueness, and messaging for Microsoft offerings into specific industries, creating integrated propositions to meet client needs.
- You will lead the interlock with the delivery organization to ensure contracts are robust, sales teams support program delivery, and commercial constructs are developed.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Highly experienced working in Microsoft solution sales, with a strong understanding of Microsoft technology, particularly Dynamics 365, Office 365, and Azure.
- Strong cross-industry experience, including Public Sector, Financial Services, and Consumer Markets.
- Experience working in partnership with Microsoft to develop business systems or cloud-based technology propositions.
- Demonstrable track record developing long-term profitable relationships with mid-sized organizations.
- Ability to create a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation, leading the sales interlock with delivery teams to ensure profitable growth in partnership.
