This position involves driving revenue growth and ensuring timely payments for services rendered to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILDING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS through regular visits, effective communication, and strong relationship-building skills.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with clients to ensure fair pricing and timely payments.
Requirements:
- Advanced communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to develop strong business relationships within all levels of management and exercise independent judgment.
- Possess excellent customer relationship management, negotiation, presentation, and prioritization skills.
- Have a flexible approach to manage time and projects effectively.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a recognized equivalent from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position/industry, preferably with experience in Port Agency (shipping services).
