Customer Operations Specialist

The individual will be tasked with assisting clients (agencies and operators) and suppliers through electronic communication and, when necessary, via phone to guarantee the efficient execution of pre-arrival and booking processes. The role requires a degree of independence, with oversight available if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the status of bookings and managing them on a digital platform.

Providing customer support and communication (with agencies and operators) through email and phone.

Handling urgent customer inquiries via phone as needed.

Resolving standard issues within the operational domain.

This is an office-based role, with no travel obligations.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in operational roles within the tourism sector, gained through work in agencies, operators, or hospitality environments.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, confidently, and proactively to address workplace challenges.

Strong sense of responsibility and dedication.

Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a collaborative spirit.

Capacity to maintain a high work pace in a controlled and balanced manner.

Proficiency in English at an advanced or fluent level, with the ability to communicate effectively on standard inquiries via email.

Ability to engage in telephone communication during critical situations.

Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Familiarity with IT tools, including the Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook.

Residency in Jundiaí or a nearby area is preferred.
