Senior Operations Specialist

Job Overview:
The Closed Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all production activities within the Testing and Repair operation group. This includes ensuring detailed written instructions are followed for repairs of electronic components, utilizing oscilloscopes and specialized test equipment for troubleshooting, and providing follow-up status for the customer service department.
Additional duties encompass preparing written parts requisitions, maintaining the security of all electronic tools used, and adhering to all policies and procedures related to health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in electronic components manufacturing operations, including supervision of technical employees.
Key qualifications include a High School graduate with 2 years of Technical School in the Electronics field, exceptional communication skills, ability to follow directions and pay attention to details, and proficiency in operating a personal computer.
