The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to lead our Brazil marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing programs to drive business growth and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with sales leadership to determine sales enablement priorities and develop marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive client engagement and business growth.
  • Manage campaign execution from planning to implementation, working closely with internal and external agencies.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing globally to ensure alignment and support for marketing programs.
  • Run your own workload and prioritize multiple requests from different teams.
  • Become an advocate for the Rimini Street brand, ensuring all marketing activities are aligned and support the overall brand.
  • Work across multiple teams to deliver the best results.
  • Adapt, learn quickly, and be resourceful.
  • Be innovative and creative, bringing new ideas to the team.
  • Good understanding of digital campaigns, content creation, social channel management.
  • Experience in executing large events from start to finish.
  • Manage and be accountable for the budget allocated in your region.
  • Report on program impact and results, debriefing each activity and applying learnings.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience working as a marketing professional.
  • Successful track record in B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrable ability to partner with the business and internal marketing teams.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with an ability to create project plans and manage through seamless execution.
  • Proven leadership and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to adapt and learn a new market or industry.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels and departments.
  • No fear of failure.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

Language

  • Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
