Job Description

As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical content that showcases our products in the best possible light. Your work will ensure that developers and users have clear, actionable instructions and resources to adopt and deepen their use of the platform in a fully self-service way.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including product references, API documentation, developer guides, and reference architectures.
  • Produce code examples, step-by-step tutorials, and practical guides that showcase real-world product usage.
  • Write blog articles on technical topics that educate and engage readers, providing insights relevant to their interests and use cases.
  • Develop detailed solution-oriented content and use cases that demonstrate how our products solve real business and technical challenges.
  • Record videos, technical walkthroughs, and product demos to support developer learning.
  • Create and maintain technical glossaries and relevant learning materials to support consistent understanding of our products and ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and review technical documentation to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to help developers effectively use our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Engineering, Developer Relations, and Marketing to create learning experiences that accelerate adoption of our solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of protocols and standards for web applications, previous experience in development teams and/or technology SaaS/PaaS products, proven experience generating technical documentation for developers, excellent technical writing skills in English and Portuguese, familiarity with programming languages and development frameworks, experience using AI tools for technical writing and code development, and fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
