Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cross-border B2B payments and local markets, with a proven track record of developing localized channel sales strategies and recruitment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive channel sales strategies to drive business revenue growth in local markets.
- Closely collaborate with internal teams to enhance channel efficiency through data-driven empowerment methods and sales channel analysis.
- Recruit and manage high-performing local channels to achieve business goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful channel sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
