
Customer Journey Advocate

Key to success in this role is collaboration and the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers. A Customer Advocate will play a vital part in driving customer adoption and utilization of our integration platform.
About the PositionThis role involves guiding customers through their integration journey, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their investment in our solution. As a trusted advisor, you will lead the onboarding process, provide comprehensive training, and offer ongoing support to ensure seamless integration experiences.
Responsibilities:- Onboarding and Implementation:
- Develop tailored implementation plans in conjunction with customers, providing guidance on configuring and deploying integrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Regularly review integration performance, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
- Retention and Expansion:
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could lead to customer churn.
- Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer usage of our integration platform.
- Advocacy and Collaboration:
- Provide feedback to product development and engineering teams to enhance the platform.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- A proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably within a technology company.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts and APIs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with technical and business stakeholders.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience using CRM software and other customer success tools.
