Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and operate regional chain brands, drive user acquisition and scale growth for assigned brands, lead teams to execute sales strategies, and achieve performance targets.
  • Promote collaboration between regional chain brands and the platform in areas like brand marketing, promotional activities, and user operations, enhancing partnership and stickiness between brands and Keeta.
  • Understand categories and brand operation models, identify business development opportunities, and formulate tactical plans covering growth, marketing, user experience, and membership programs to strengthen Keeta's influence within the industry.
  • Communicate effectively with the delivery department, acting as a bridge between brands and the platform's delivery operations, working collaboratively to optimize the brand delivery service experience.
  • Leverage frontline marketing information, user feedback, and local market dynamics to provide insights for decision-making.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in key roles related to business development, account management, or similar fields (senior-level experience preferred).
