Research Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to support the execution of various research designs, methodologies, analysis, and reporting.

  • Learns and supports the execution of various research designs, methodologies, analysis, and reporting to meet client needs and research objectives.
  • Ensures data and reports provided to clients are accurate through necessary attention to detail and high levels of quality assurance.
  • Performs quality checks on programmed survey links and final data sets.
  • Prepares data tabulation and banner specifications.
  • Manages communication between all internal teams, including operations and client service.
  • Monitors in-field progress of research studies and coordinates with project management and sampling teams to ensure that all quotas are fulfilled within the agreed-upon deadline.
  • Creates visually appealing PowerPoint reports for clients under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Attends and observes client-facing research activities to develop a client-first customer focus.
